Testing Registration Form – This form is to be turned in no later than Tuesday prior to testing.

Academic Star Form – This form is to be turned in to the TaeKwonDo school no later  than Tuesday following testing.  Students who participate in the Academic Star Program will receive a Blue, Silver, or Gold Star based on their academic effort as well as their adherence to the Tenets of TaeKwonDo.  These stars are awarded at the Awards Ceremony following testing

100 Club Form – This form is to be turned in to the TaeKwonDo school no later  than Tuesday following testing. The 100 Club rewards students for practicing at home.  Students who participate in the 100 Club program will be rewarded will certificates and prizes.  These prizes are  awarded at the Awards Ceremony following testing.
